Originally a sloped, uninviting garden, the brief was very open for the outside space at Lansdown Crescent. Working with the level changes to create a series of linked ‘rooms’ created interest and drama when both in the garden and when viewed from the multiple levels of this Georgian townhouse. This also allows the garden to be enjoyed at its best as the sun moved through the day.
Naturalistic planting, generous clean-cut stone and warm metal tones of bronze and copper in the planters all combine to complement the interior design of the property, by providing an inviting, contemporary feel that sits comfortably within its surrounds.
