Random Acts of Kindness

Earlier this summer, we started a random acts of kindness initiative. At the beginning of every month, a team member is picked out of a hat and given £50 to spend on supporting others – be it a community project, charity, or worthy organisation close their hearts.

So far, the money has been donated to Eddie’s Street Cuts to provide local hairdresser Eddie Ilic with new scissors and equipment for homeless haircuts. And to  Grow for Life, a therapeutic gardening charity, who used the money to buy some much-needed watering cans for their community garden in Newton St Loe. Rowena had the most recent pick and gave the money to Bath Welcomes Refugees, which works directly with refugees and asylum seekers to build new lives.

We were keen to share a bit more love, so included £20 in our gift bags to clients at our Summer Party at The Royal Crescent Hotel, to pass on for something good. We’re looking forward to the reports back on what benevolent causes they’ve spent it on!
