John Law

Director

BA, Dip IDM, Dip Interior Design

John worked in the advertising and design industries in London for 6 years before retraining as an interior designer and qualifying with distinction from the highly regarded Ivy House Design School in Bath. John has managed and worked across a range of successful projects for private and commercial clients and has written for The Garden Design Journal, Clifton Life, Bath Life, Cotswold Preview and Bath Magazine.

    Nick Woodhouse

    Director

    BA, Dip Garden Design, RHS II

    Nick trained as a garden designer at the renowned English Gardening School. He has run a successful gardening company in London and Bath and is an RHS qualified plantsman. He is also a freelance writer and has contributed to the Garden Design Journal, Clifton Life and Bath Scene.

      Colleen White

      Designer

      Colleen studied former Interior and Architecture Design at the Art Institute of Colorado and also the Chelsea College of Art and Design, Colleen works on the interior design team here at W&L. Colleen also has extensive experience in kitchen design, having worked for Roundhouse Design.

        Fiona Daymond

        Designer

        Following a career in theatre and event management, Fiona completed a post-graduate diploma in Residential Landscape Architecture at the Oxford College of Garden Design. Having graduated with distinction, Fiona joined our garden design team.  Fiona is also a recent finalist at Grand Designs Live Garden Designer of the Year.

          A graduate of The University of Lincoln, Fiona used her considerable knowledge gained from her degree in Architecture in her career of choice, interior design. Having successfully completed an additional diploma in Interior Design, Fiona worked as a senior designer for an established interior design company for several years before joining us in 2015.

            Amy Nichols

            Design Assistant

            Amy graduated in 2015 from Bath Spa University, having studied Textile Design. Building on the extensive knowledge and practical experience gained from her degree, Amy is an integral part of the interiors team, helping to get ideas, fabric and colour combinations and moodboards together for a wide range of projects

              Sophie Cooper

              Office Administrator

              With an extensive background in wholesale, buying and retail, Sophie keeps us all in check across interior and garden projects alike, thanks to her superb co-ordination and project management skills.

                Laura Wilkinson

                Showroom Assistant

                With a background in both the public sector and charities, Laura is currently studying a masters in Human Resources at UWE Bristol and joined us as a part-time showroom assistant in 2016.

                  Bethany Hale

                  Showroom Assistant

                  Beth is completing her third and final year of her textile design degree at Bath Spa University. After wowing us when she joined us for work experience last summer, we were very pleased to offer Beth the role of showroom assistant in the autumn of 2016.
